If your tween is in need of a confidence boost this episode is designed especially for them! Together we are going to talk about a spirit of adventure, the importance of routine, small wins, self-awareness and what to do if you notice your imperfections. We are also going to talk about comparisons and handling feedback that stings! Feedback can the toughest thing in the whole world to handle without the right tools to help you.

Ways You can Join us
There are two ways you can be a part of You-Who?
- Join Us Live: If you join us live your tween will be able to be a part of the monitored chat. Feedback from parents is that You-Who? has been a great opportunity for parents to diarise time with their tweens.
- Catch Up Anytime: If you can’t join us live you will still get the full You-Who? experience. Each episode will “drop” 24 hours after the live event and is yours to watch and view as many times as you want for 12 months. Feedback from parents has been that the replays allow them to pause and chat about important issues.
HOW DO I ACCESS IT?
