Frequently Asked Questions

Our shop is full of fabulous and life changing resources for your family, so we want to see you receive them as quickly as possible. Here are some of the most common questions we get asked about our online shop. How do I receive online products?

If you have ordered an online product you will receive an email which will contain a link for you to download or access. 

If you don’t receive this email within an hour of your purchase, please check your junk folder. 

If you still haven’t received it please feel free to contact our products manager at shop@michellemitchell.org

Where can you ship to?  

We can ship anywhere in the world from the sunny (and totally fabulous) Queensland.

Who do you use to deliver my parcels?

We deliver through Australia Post.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Once your order is in the post the following delivery times apply (as per Aus Post delivery times)

Standard Delivery: 2-9 Business days, depending on your location in Australia.

Express Delivery: Next day guaranteed delivery to Australian capital cities. (this guarantee is currently not applicable due to COVID restrictions and the overwhelm of parcel delivery. Aus Post is still making express post a priority to delivery as quick as possible)

Please read the Australia Post Express Post Guarantee  if you wish to select the express post option.

International:  7-28 Business days

International parcels will be shipped by Australia Post to the country of destination. Once in that country the parcel is then delivered through your country’s local postal authority to you. You can track your parcels delivery status through the Australia Post Tracking Page.

Overseas Duty and Taxes
Depending on the destination country and the value of your order, you may be required by your local government and customs agency to pay duties and taxes. These charges are completely independent of Michelle Mitchell Pty Ltd, and are set and collected by your country when your order arrives. Because of this, we are unable to provide an estimate of any duties or charges that may be payable. These charges are payable by the receiver and they are not included in the price of shipping. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.

For the delivery time to where you live, please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here, and enter 4503 as the ‘From postcode’. 

Please allow at least one business day for processing orders. Please note that these times are a guide only. After we ship an item, the delivery is completely out of our control. If you have a specific timeframe, it is recommended you choose the Express Post option.

Can I track my order?

Yes!  Once your order is packed and posted,  you will receive an email with a tracking number.  Simply click on the tracking number to check the progress of your delivery or enter your tracking number into the Australia Post Tracking Page.

If you don’t receive this email within an hour of your purchase, please check your junk folder. 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order ONLY if it is shippable and it hasn’t been dispatched.

If it is a downloadable or digital product, then you are unable to cancel your order if it has already been received.

Can I return my order for a refund?

If your order was damaged or not as described when you received it we are happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds can only be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase and they must be accompanied by an invoice.

If you ordered a wrong book we cannot organise returns. Unfortunately in our experience the books usually end up damaged in transit by Aus Post and cannot be resold as they become damaged stock. This puts both parties in a no win situation. What we offer is a 50% discount (on what is being replaced only) on reordering, if the customer wishes to purchase another replacement book.

Downloadable and digital products are not refundable.
