School Anxiety Webinar

More Than A Body: For Tween and Teen Girls

$25.00 AUD

We want to help you raise body confident tween and teen girls. This webinar will speak directly to your young ones, encouraging them to love themselves through the ups and downs of growing up!

About this webinar.

This webinar is for tween and teen girls who want to build self-acceptance and body confidence.

Together, Amanda Stokes and I, will be answering the following questions:

  • What is body confidence?
  • Why do I look different to my friends?
  • What do I do if someone makes fun of my body, calls me names or body shames me?
  • What has YouTube got to do with body confidence?
  • What do I do when all my friends are talking about losing weight or going on a diet?
  • Why do I love eating takeaway and sugar so much?
  • What if I don’t like my body?
  • What do I say when an adult comments about my body?

What to expect.

Amanda and I will be sharing the stage for this webinar. Amanda is not only an educator who has worked within a paediatric hospital but a woman who has walked the journey of body dissatisfaction herself. I think personal experience goes a long way when talking non-judgementally about this topic, so I’m thrilled she is joining me.
