Coaching with Michelle will give you the science, strategies and support you need to be the safe base your teen needs at this time in their lives.

And here’s the added bonus. When our kids grow, it’s an invitation for us to grow as well. We get to review our lives, beliefs and skills – and clear any debris on the runway to their hearts. This course is just as much about you, as your teen. It’s my opportunity to show up for you and support you!

Here’s how we will roll…

  • The focus of these programs is our weekly 1.5 hour time together. During that time we will interacting in a small group based on handpicked content and your Q and As. I will be there to engage with your needs based on each week’s theme.
  • Prior to these sessions you will receive an email from me, with hand picked content, a video and some bullet point thought in preparation for our time together.
  • If life gets in the way and you are unable to make our live session you will receive a recording full of the insights that were unpacked on the night, so you won’t miss a thing.

WHAT YOU WILL TAKE AWAY?

I have designed this small group coaching program around four content pillars. Conquer these, and they will build a firm foundation for the year that lie ahead. Together we will explore:

  • What’s going on for your teen? I want to help you understand the developmental work teens needs to do during this stage of their lives. (PS. It’s expansive!) When you full comprehend the transformation that is taking place, it will heighten your compassion and awareness, and help you to step into a new role in their lives.
  • How to be the parent your teen needs? In this session we will discussion all things connection and communication – and how to speak the language of teenagers, and the concept of coaching as opposed to managing their lives. I want to give you a toolbox of conversation starters, tips for grumpy moments, and some language for big emotion days.
  • How to support healthy friendships? n this session we are going to talk about how to help teens develop a sense of who they are all while strengthening their desire to belong in the world. We will dive into pro-social skills and the importance of helping them find their power and voice. BIG ONE!
  • How to handle messy moments? In this session we will talk about having a plan for any time our teens do things that shock us. It is those NEVER moment that we sincerely thought would never walk through our front door that sometimes catch us off guard and are better prepared for.
