Shipping
Our shop is full of fabulous and life changing resources for your family, so we want to see you receive them as quickly as possible. Here are some of the most common questions we get asked about our online shop. Digital products?
If you have ordered a digital product you will receive an email which will contain a link for you to download or access.
If you don’t receive this email within an hour of your purchase, please check your junk folder.

Each purchase of an audio digital download comes with unlimited downloads. Once you download to your device you can listen to it as many times as you like.
Some digital products like webinars and masterclasses will have a time limit on access. We do this to keep our content relevant and up to date. New research and studies are continually being released so we are continually reviewing our information to keep it current. Pricing on these products also reflects the length of time of access. Once your time period has expired you will no longer be able to access your digital product. You may renew your access to be able to view it again after the expiry date.
Where can you ship to?
We can ship anywhere in the world from the sunny (and totally fabulous) Queensland.
Who do you use to deliver my parcels?
We deliver through Australia Post.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Once your order is in the post the following delivery times may apply. (please note this is a guide only as we cannot control delivery times via Aus Post)
Within Australia: Standard Delivery: 2-10 Business days, depending on your location.
Express Delivery: (Aus post no longer guarantees next day delivery but it is still their priority service: 1-3 business days.
International: 7-28 Business days
International parcels will be shipped by Australia Post to the country of destination. Once in that country the parcel is then delivered through your country’s local postal authority to you. You can track your parcels delivery status through the Australia Post Tracking Page.
For the delivery time to where you live, please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here, and enter 4503 as the ‘From postcode’.
Please allow at least one business day for processing orders. Please note that these times are a guide only. After we ship an item, the delivery is completely out of our control. If you have a specific timeframe, it is recommended you choose the Express Post option.
Please read the Australia Post Express Post Guarantee if you wish to select the express post option.

How often do you pack orders?
Our team are packing your orders Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. When we receive your order it will be packed the next business day that we are open.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is packed and posted, you will receive an email from Aus Post with a tracking number. You will be able check the progress of your delivery.
If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk folder.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order ONLY if it is shippable and it hasn’t been dispatched.
If it is a downloadable product, then you are unable to cancel your order if it has already been received.
Can I return my order for a refund?
If your order was damaged or not as described when you received it we are happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds can only be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase and they must be accompanied by an invoice.
If you change your mind or wish to exchange a product for another product and it has not yet been shipped we are happy to do this. If you change your mind and the product has already been shipped then we cannot accept any returns as products get damaged in the post when shipped a few times back and forth and cannot be resold due being damaged stock. We are happy to offer a 50% discount if you wish to make another purchase for the product you wanted.
Downloadable products are not refundable.
Sales and Discount Codes
Our current 15% sale off all books is applicable to all current books in our online shop (except bundles, group licence products, school products and already discounted products) Sale ends midnight on the 21st Dec 2024. Aus Post cut-off date for regular post is the 12th Dec and 21st Dec for express post (excludes WA and NT). We do not guarantee that your parcel will arrive in time for Christmas, these are a guide only from Aus Post. The discount code is not applicable to items purchased prior to the code being available and is not valid after the 21st Dec 2024.
Overseas Duty and Taxes.
Depending on the destination country and the value of your order, you may be required by your local government and customs agency to pay duties and taxes. These charges are completely independent of Michelle Mitchell Pty Ltd, and are set and collected by your country when your order arrives. Because of this, we are unable to provide an estimate of any duties or charges that may be payable. These charges are payable by the receiver and they are not included in the price of shipping. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.
