Michelle Mitchell is an award-winning speaker, and best selling parenting author with a very special interest in the area of tween and teens. Dr Nick Fuller is an internationally recognised health expert and leading obesity researcher with degrees in exercise physiology, nutrition and dietetics, and a doctorate in obesity and weight management. He is currently responsible for the clinical research program within the Boden Initiative, located within the Charles Perkins Centre at the University of Sydney. He is also the director of clinical trials within the Department of Endocrinology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Dr Fuller is a well-renowned media personality and has helped many high-profile celebrities with their weight loss. His new book, Healthy Parents, Healthy Kids is now available from Penguin books. He is also the author of the bestselling books Interval Weight Loss, Interval Weight Loss for Life and Interval Weight Loss for Women. Nick is a father of two children.
