About This Episode
Starting high school is a big transition for many tweens. Our kids might feel both nervous and excited all at the same time, which can make for some big emotions in any home. In this episode we are going to talk about managing that nerve-cited feeling, as well as offer very practical strategies to help them make new friends (big one!), get to know new teachers and navigate new spaces. The best part of this episode is the encouragement and tips offered by tweens who have finished their first year of high school. They offer heart and reassurance in bucket loads.
